Somewhere amid the noise and cacophany of conversations, under the cookies and wrapping, away from the clutter and tangle of responsibilities, I hope you find One Special Moment For You.
My best wishes for a Happiest Of Holidays--whatever you may celebrate--from all of us at the Dept. of Nance.
Thanks Nance, and Merry Christmas to you and your family, too. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the good wishes. May Santa bring you good food, hugs and kisses, martinis, and bunnies in abundance. Best of the holidays to you from the Funny Farm.
ReplyDeleteHi Nance,
ReplyDeleteYou bring me so much pleasure with your posts throughout the year...
Thank you for that.
They are clever, well written and usually amusing.
I do not always comment but I always read what you have written and I enjoy your blog very much.
So, Merry Christmas to you and your family and my very best wishes for a Happy and Healthy New Year....
I second Nancy's comment. I can always count on you for thought provoking, insightful, intelligent, and funny posts. I also don't comment that often, but I am a frequent reader.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family!

Thanks so much, Nance! Those special moments for ourselves are treasured indeed. Hope you grabbed more than one. ;-) Wishing you the merriest of Chritsmases (albeit a little late) and a Happy New Year!

(Late) Merry Christmas to you and your wonderful family.
ReplyDeleteYes, Merry Christmas ... belated. So, uh, Happy New Year. This year better than last, but that's not hard. Am finally taking a few days off to not even think about answering silly emails from students who think I can wave the magic Christmas wand and change their grades after they have not been good little boys and girls all semester.
ReplyDeleteNice tree.
Ortizzle--It's always lovely--Extra Lovely--to see you again! Are you too busy for an email chat? Remember, no caps necessary. LOL. Hang tough w/ those Recalcitrant Obdurate Students. It's not high school anymore.
ReplyDeleteand don't get me started on That Tree. hee hee
Tiana--Oh, thank you, sweetheart. Been missing you around here.
gfeShirley--Oh, believe me, I'm grabbing several. I know you're going Great Guns over there at your place on the InterWebs. I get a little breathless just reading you anymore! LOL.
Garianne--Thank you so much! Nice to see you commenting this time, and with such kind remarks. I hope it leads to more. If not, I know you're There In Spirit!
Nancy--And your punny comments always give me a chuckle, too. Stop by often and help me out.
LaFF--Thank you for--most of all--the virtual martinis. (But let's hope I don't need them too direly.) Good wishes accepted from the Funny Farm, which, by the way, I miss you updating. Have you quite given up?
J.@jj--Thank you, Constant Reader. You are incredibly loyal, and I really value your support. Don't be surprised if, one day, I show up in California and ask for a tour of the neighborhood in my quest for a retirement relo. We'd have a great time.
That's a really cute picture Nance. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and all the best to you in 2011! ; )
ReplyDeleteLisa--Every once in a while, Google doesn't rain on my Image Search Parade. Thanks, and ditto!
